There are far too many American children incarcerated, given a record, neglected from developmental resources, then expected to re-enter society with an understanding of how to behave. Perhaps, instead of debating tweets, it’s time for our country’s “leaders” to thoughtfully discuss changes to our agencies and systems that foster America’s youth.“
